Maoist blow up government building in Jharkhand

Ranchi, April 29 (IANS) Maoist guerrillas Tuesday blew up a building of the Jharkhand tourism department under construction in the religious tourist hub of Giridih district, the police said. According to the police, around 20 activists of the Communist Party of India-Maoist (CPI-Maoist) surrounded the building situated near Madhuban block of Giridh district, around 270 km from Ranchi.
