LETTER OF A GUERRILLA IN PRISON

Dear Friends,

In colombia Farc Guerillas freed two female hostages unilaterally after the release they start telling about their hard ships in jungle from last6-10 years.
Please see the below mail from a prisoner.

PBL Gentlemen:

Compatriots primarily Bolivarian my greetings to you and your readers.

Somehow prisoners in various cells, we have had access to some news related to the unilateral release of Clara Rojas and Consuelo Gonzalez decided by our organization. We have received deployment news, especially made by means of the Colombian oligarchy. My stay in prison does not have much time and that is why I have also known differently, without bias, such as the Venezuelan media and PBL touch on the subject of the Colombian conflict and especially about the humanitarian exchange with the contrast in my mind, clarifying that the Venezuelan right through their media handles the same arguments that the Colombian right. I wanted to make some considerations and questions that could help give a fairer handling of the communication, especially in the language of the most sensible.

1. We too are prisoners, many of us have come here after catches violating judicial procedures of the same State bourgeois (one might say that we were kidnapped is not it?)

2. An enormous amount to me indefinable, prisoners in prisons in Colombia are victims of evil called democratic security, people who were captured in the sadly famous and massive raids today suffer from the weight of the venal and corrupt penal system accusatory. Many popular leaders in our ranks are now accused of being guerrillas and terrorists.

3. Who can speak for the prisoners, or who have abducted their stinking prisons, overcrowded, and the repressive Colombian State?

4. Why those in the hands of the FARC kidnapped and are not prisoners? Are we who we are?

5. Why we are terrorists and we remove the political nature and only leaves us in some cases the option of leaving if we go to the abominable betrayal, denunciation… this farce callers… or reintegration into exile in a remote country Overseas?

6. We must bear that our families can not reivindicarnos, raising their voices for our freedom as if the families of those who can are in the hands of our organization. So, those calling for peace gestures to the guerrillas, they should raise their voices for our liberation as high as rises in favor of those who are trapped in the mountains. What is the difference between them and us? What is the difference between Mendieta and other military prisoners in the jungle with us who are without air of the mountains? What is the difference between Ingrid and respectable our beloved Sonia guerrilla or one of our party leaders deprived of their liberty?

7. I have no more extension, which is essentially the difference that marks the character of each other prisoners is its class. It was that the oligarchy and its army, supported by the rule are on one side and us with our Bolivarian dream we are on the opposite side. But those who pretend neutrality or not to take sides or simply inform… with balance or something much better… to bring peace, balance and speak with conviction of the existence of a war, the perversity of state terrorism that has forced the armed resistance … the need that we leave our prisons and who have been extradited so infamous return. Ouvrons paths to peace wisely, sensibly.

Fraternally,

Miguel.

Psta: excúsenme not identify with my name baptism, but I think I have the right to refuse to provide tougher on the experience of my family and stay in this prison.
